Default Simple (stupid) question re ECU

Does "clearing the OBD codes" also "reset the ECU"?

After replacing the MAF / O2 sensors / fuel filter - would you folks highly recommend reseting the ECU?

Is it possible that too much fuel is being injected, causing misfires, because the ECU is accustomed to the old sensors and filter?

Thanks.

Yes it does, it clears the fuel trim settings on block 032.

Which will readjust themselves, but takes awhile.
