Hi, all,,, I am new to this site, have two Audi's (04 A4 1.8T 6spd & 05 A4 2.0T 6spd Avant). I am a marine mechanic (diesel-electrical & electronics) don't claim to be an auto mechanic but am stumped on a weird problem.

My wifes 05 2.0 Avant stalls only on restart, after its been warmed up, and only once. You crank the engine it seems like its starving for fuel then starts and then the problen goes away. It doesn't stall while driving, only after restarting once, when warm. Initialy there was no DTC (codes) I took it to a local shop and got codes P0089 Intake manifold Runner position sensor switch and P0089 Fuel Pressure Regulator performance. But they are not sure that is the real issue.

I am purchasing a VAG pro PC program, but wont have it for a few weeks, has anyone come across this issue?
