Sometimes gauge working properly, but sometimes moves very little, but when I turn the car off and again on gauge works again?

Wiring problem or what?

Engine: 1.9 TDI PD 130 KS AWX

Already changed:

- thermostat
- temp sensor

 

which temp sensor did u replace? the back of the motor or the lower one?
