Default Thinking of painting my car..

i have the 2003 a4 1.8t, its currently silver with the lower black bumpers on the front and sides with the 17in alloy rims and i was thinking of painting my car a dark color but i was wondering if i can get the bumpers painted too? i want it all to be the same color and not have the bumpers blackishgrey but wasnt sure if it was possible or not or if i should just wait till i get a bodykit to paint it, i was thinking of getting the s4 one but only because i dont want to have the bottom plastic ones. is it possible to paint the rims shiny chrome ?

definatly can be painted and a must if u dont plan on driving in dirt roads. Just make sure when the paint ur lowers to blend the paint into the body or u will be able to tell the shade difference.
