Cool Timing chain and belt replacements?

Hey guys. I bought an '04 A4 1.8tq about a month ago with a blown turbo. I replaced that myself and started up the car and it ran like ****.The turbo works great but timing problems are now the issue. It threw p0011, and three misfire codes p0302 and such.... I bought two new coils and it would run fine for a little while and then terrible and throw the codes again. It also makes a very light clicking noise which I have come to discover is the chain tensioner. I bought a t-belt kit with water pump from blauparts.com and am just going to pay someone to do that. Do you think that just doing the t-belt will solve the p0011 problem? Is the cam chain tensioner the more likely culprit or the t-belt? The car has 80k on it and is also 300 miles away so I can't go check it at the moment. I will need to visually check the chain and tensioner for slack/ damage. I bought the car with the intent to just flip it so I dont want to put more money into than I have to, but I also dont want to sell someone a piece of crap. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Mine has clicking too, but that doesn't cause issue. But if you have something that will come up after some time of use, it can't be timing alone. Maybe it has air leaks and running rich or issues with ECU, etc. If it were timing, the issue would come up all the time.

At 80k the tb, tensioner and waterpump need to be replaced. If you tb goes, you'll be in the hole 6k to replace the engine. A typical tb job costs anywhere from 600-1000 US

NOTE: on Audis, tb replacements are recommended at every 60k. Actually, I'm due for one soon.

Meh, the manual also change oil at like really really long mileage. It's unreliable.
