Default turbo failure - HELP

Hey all, I'm a new audi owner and new to turbo charged engines as well. I have a 2004 1.8t ultrasport with 60k on it. Drove it this morning and half way to work realized I had very minimal power and I couldn't hear or feel the turbo. No warning lights, smoke, noise etc. Anyone have this happen? Easy fix? Easier to replace/upgrade? Appreciate any help!

probably limp mode or vac leak, you can be in limp mode and not throw a code, what are you boost guage readings?

I just bought the car a month ago and don't have a boost guage or know much about them.
