Default Two codes thrown on my Audi.

P0011 - Camshaft Position Timing Over Advanced
P1118 - O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank1-Sensor2 Open

What do I do to get these resolved as quickly as possible. Replace the sensor for the second code but what about the first? Can I adjust the timing myself or will I need to have it done?

Did you just have your timing belt changed?
The second code means you need a new O2 sensor (after cat)

I bought the car a little over a month ago. I have all the service records and the timing belt was changed at 89k miles and hasn't been messed with since.

An over advanced code generally means the belt is too tight, or its a tooth advanced. Take off the upper cover and check the tension of the belt. If you can't twist the belt 90 degrees its way too tight. If the tension is fine line it up to TDC and check the marks.
