Actually quattros have a different transmission compared to the front tracks. And cvt is a totally different technology compared to automatic transmission.

tiptronic is in quattro automatics cvts are in fwd automatics and if i were u i would go out and find a nice s4 b6. right around your price range.

What Pa4ul said!! Go and get yourself an S4 b6! If i didn't have a 50 commute, I would have. For the gas mileage i went with the 1.8 Ultra Sport.

lol ya "CVT" stands for Continuously Variable Transmission. its the automatic transmission audi has for the quattro AND the front wheeled drive versions

if u r looking for status then audi.

But if u want cheap maintenance Honda.

Depends on ur financal situation, because im sure as you know you wont be only spending money when u buy the car, there will be after costs.

for example, I think audi servicing costs more than honda
Honda spare parts are cheaper
etc

and if u are worried about mpg, then try to get a diesel engine.

nooo quattros run tiptronic trannys.i believe. cvts are fwds only.
