water leak inside my a4

Default water leak inside my a4

hi if anyone can help I have got a lot of water on the drivers side of my a4 from front to back but none on the other side .I carnt seem to fine were its coming from . does anyone know of were the water can get in the carpets are wet threw and starting to smell. I drilled 2 little holes in the floor for the water to get out it was like a swimming pool .HELP please

check the drain for your AC condenser

Thanks for the reply but it isn't that it's on the opposite side of the car I think I'll have to get the hose pipe out and try find it that way

Hi the model is 1.8 turbo and the year is 2002 thank you

i would think your sunroof drain might be clogged. . Just a shot in the dark though.

It could be a window seal. I would have guessed sunroof drain as well. If they get clogged the water has no were to go and usually overflows down the sides near the windows and rear headliner.

There's also a drain under the brake booster on the driver side. Just went through the same thing myself. Both my drains were clogged.
