Default 05 Quatro, P0302 plus Chirping

Hello all. I am having a bit of an issue with my A4. To cut to the chase, I am having a Misfire in Cylinder number 2 at 2k rpms, at 40-60 mph, that is preempted by a chirping noise.

I have replaced all 4 Ignition coils within the last year. While I am vaguely familiar with cylinder miss fires, I have never noticed this chirp before. It always preempts the misfire.

Any Ideas? An exhaust valve maybe? Thanks in advanced for your help.

Update:

So I Changed out all of my plugs, and swapped my center Ignition Coils. This caused the fault to move to Cylinder 3. I went and swapped the Ignition coil in #3 with a brand new one straight from Auto zone, with no Effect. After this I removed #2 and #3 Plugs to inspect if the antiseize may of fauled the plugs, but they were good. Lastly I shifted all the coils down 1 (4 to 3, 3 to 2.... you get the idea) with no effect. So now I have a Misfire in Cylinder 3, New Plugs, and more questions then answers.

So your misfire moved from cylinder 2 to cylinder 3?

You are best to stick with OEM on the ignition coils , they are only about $20 each. Autozone is chock full of cheap Chinese crap.
