Default 07 A4 Bluetooth Volume too low

As if by magic, the chime and volume of the bluetooth has gotten very low.
When on the phone I've turned up the volume to Max, but the other person is barely audible.

Any suggestions on how to adjust, either with or without a VAGcom?

Thx

If you turn up the volume (on your head unit or via the steering wheel ****) 'during' the chime event or while the phone is ringing you can adjust both sound levels independent of radio volume.
Mine seems to go the opposite direction somehow such that when I enable bluetooth or get a phone call I nearly jump out of my seat. A quick adjust while the chime/ring is occurring and you should be all set.

Thanks, but the volume on the car is turned up to max and I can still barely hear the phone over the road noise.

Your post mentioned that the chime was low which is what I was referring to, adjusting the volume the instant you hear the chime will fix this.

As far as volume 'during call', if the radio volume is turned up and still not loud enough it has to be your phone or a potential communications issue between the phone/radio.

I can adjust volume from both radio and phone during call without any issues, although that doesn't help you out any.
