Default Bluetooth w/ RIM Volume too low

We purchased a 2008 A4 and the bluetooth/Blackberry connection worked great until we brought it in for our 10k checkup.

They did the checkup, fixed the Powersteering Groan problem, and then they were going to program the windows with the keychain. Well they had to keep the car for two days on this.

When we got the car back, windows worked as we wanted, but the volume on the bluetooth is so low, it's not functional, listening through the car.

I checked the SVC, and it's up at 5, but that seems lower than it was.

Prior to the problem, I did notice the phone didn't respond to the Vol-on setting, it was always quite loud, and now the chime for bluetooth is pleasantly low, but so is the "listening" sound. People can hear me clearly and without a problem.

The Audi Dealer said my phone magically just quit working properly.

Any ideas?

Default RE: Bluetooth w/ RIM Volume too low

umm thats a little tricky if you don;t know what to do, my saleswoman explained to me (she was a fanatic about the electronics in the car) that if you want anything to louder, a trick is to roll the volume **** on the drivers wheel accordingly as the sound that you want is currently going off, for example if the music was too loud you would listen to the music and adjust the volume, if the NAV if you have it is giving directions you roll the **** down as the NAV is telling you to take a turn, and so on and so on, alot of people have had this issue about the chime being too loud on the bluetooth and this is a good way to solve that problem, even tho the chime is very quick if you can catch it and roll the volume wheel on the wheel quick enough you can lower that annoying chime
