Aftermarket stereo and steering wheel controls...
Is there anyway to make the steering wheel controls work with an aftermarket stereo? I have the Sony BT3800 (specs here) and had it installed at Best Buy. I like it, but the only thing I don't like is my steering wheel controls no longer function.

it stated it has a remote..... did you ask best buy to hook it up to your controls?
as todays whiz installers should if wires are involved it maybe no if remote is problem......
Go to shop that focuses on nothing but installs
