APR OR REVO?

RE: APR OR REVO?
Keep in mind I haven't had eitherl But I get the sense that the APR is a little more mainstream and the REVO is a little more technically tuner friendly. What I mean is you have the ability to set the setting in REVO. I don't know that for sure or for how much but that is what it sounds like to me. APR has a bunch of additional programs to hide it from you dealer and switch it back and forth etc. Not sure if REVO has that. I think peformance wise they are very close especially at STage I. Hope that helps some

RE: APR OR REVO?
I've got an APR with 91 octane and stock program. It has wicked torque and smooths the powerband nicely. You use the cruise control to switch the programs. I couldn't be happier. I have no experience with any other software, so I can't say how it compares. If you have specific questions, let me know.

REVO. This program has turned my car into my true love. I had to go about 2 weeks without it the other day after a great Audi Service and it was hell. I don't have any experience with any others but I would recommend the REVO to all. The turbo lag is a little more apparant than stock is my only con that I can see.

I have REVO as well but I don't get a sense of any lag (I have a steptronic). When I put it in S-mode, turbo lag virtually dissapears. My REVO was never detected at the dealership, so I assume it's not too noticeable either. I can't speak on behalf of APR's performance though.
