Hi, I just bought used 06 Audi A4 recently, and I saw there are fog lights on the front bumber, but I can't find the switch.
How can I turn it on??

And anybody know how far the factory warranty covers?
it covers oil change also?
I have no info about the Factory warranty.

Please help anybody.

 

To turn on the fog lights, you turn the headlight switch to on, and then pull out toward you.

Factory warranty is something like 4 years, 50k miles... for 2006, Audi included the maintenance package, which takes care of oil changes up to maybe 45k.

 

I too recently purchased a '06 A4. I was checking out the features the other day and pulled the dial to turn on the fog lights. I didn't notice any change in the lighting, so I did a visual and confirmed the lights were not on. First thoughts were that I had burned out bulbs (but then I started thinking to myself, how often are the fog lights on, so why would they burn out?). I pulled the fuse box cover and noticed that there was no fuse in the appropriate location. The info states it takes a 15A fuse, so I went to install a new fuse, but noticed that there are no metal tabs for the fuse to insert to for that particular slot. So, feel silly asking this, but why do they install the fog lights physically, but not provide the wiring. I could see the lights being an option, but if they are installed, why not wire for them. Could this have been something the previous owner had done? This is my first Audi, so I'm learning a little about how audi does things a little differently, but I'm also trying to figure out what features are standard and optional that were not installed as well.
