I bought almost the same car as that one minus the Quatro for $28,525. My dealer told me that Quatro adds about $2,000 to the price. $29,850 is a pretty good deal.
Test drive it and you'll be hooked!! I love mine...had it about a week.

mine is an 06 a4 quattro with all the goodies(not s line)... i bought used for $20000 with only 15,000 miles. Got a really good deal. If you go a little older you can save a lot!

That is a good deal. According to my math, counting the dealercash of 2,000, the dealer will make about $500 on that car. I just bought a new 2008 dolphin gray SE with bluetooth for 32 even, which is about 1,000 under invoice. Dealer made about 1,000 on the car, which was fine with me.

Good luck!

HI all,

I'm considering an A4 over the next few days. Currently, I have a quote on an A4 Quattro with the sports suspension, blue tooth, ipod and leather seats for $30k.

I'm still working the deal so hopefully I can get the price even lower.

Thoughts?

Thanks,

Alan

That sounds pretty good. Find the invoice price by using the calculator at Edmunds. Then subtract 3,000 if it's a non-SE model or 2,000 if it's an SE. That should tell you roughly what the dealer is paying for the car. You should probably expect to pay at least 500 over that price. Today is the last day of the month, so it would be a good day to buy, since dealers have to pay a flooring fee on the 1st.

Good luck. I pick up my car today!

The vehicle I have a quote on is the A4 SE 6MT with the sport suspension. Does this mean it has the S-Line Sport Package? I had read in other posts all 2008's have the S-Line Sports Package.

Anyone?

thanks,

All 2008 SEs come with the S-line "appearance", which means they have the S-line body kit (which is essentially the S4 body kit) but the standard suspension. Its not that bad though - my dad recently got a Blk/Blk 2008 SE 6MT for just under 31k. Pretty good deal considering the car looks hot, has decent pickup (more that my 2.8 at least), has good handling and is comfortable on the highway to boot. Sport suspension or not, I think you will be happy - if not there's always the aftermarket

It's been a few weeks while I looked at some alternative options. As of today, I am at $585 a month for 60 months at 2.9% with 0 down. Seems fairly reasonable...The prior offer was coming out to $674 a month, for 60 months at 2.9% with 2k down.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
