Default Oil in intercoolers and no boost.

So I have an '07 that has been having some problems. It was smoking really bad, talked to an Audi specialist and they said bad turbo. So I replaced the turbo and it ran great for about 2 weeks. Now it is throwing the code: P0299 which I've read is for low boost usually caused by a bad diverter valve.

However, would this explain why I am getting a lot of oil into my intercoolers? The low oil light is also coming on about every 300 miles.

Could it be a bad PCV and diverter? I have replaced the PCV once since I've owned it. Car has about 93k on it.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Change them both. Couldn't hurt, and the parts are not that expensive.
