Static noise when car is getting ready to turn on
hi, Im having a problem with my drivers side low beam headlight. I took it out and it looks fine, doesnt look burnt out. When i turn my key once to just have everything light up but the car isnt fully on theres like a static noise. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, what can I do to solve it? Thanks.
