Hello all. New user here. My daughter's 09 A4 is stuck in my garage. The car will not start and she tried putting key in and now it's stuck. Nothing in the car works--hazard, headlights and car wont crank. The only thing lit in the dash are EPC, (slippery car logo), AIRBAG, ABS and BRAKE (see attachment).

The remote wont open doors either but luckily it was not armed. I had to crawl in the rear door to open rear trunk to access battery. I tried charging the battery over night since it only read 3.50 something volts but didn't hold charge. The battery is fairly new--like 2 months old. I wanna have it towed to the stealership but E-Brake is engaged and my garage is pretty tight. Anyone know how to disengage E-brake? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all in advance!
