Default changing factory settings on 2009

Have a 2009 2.0 TFSI
The car has APR tuned software on ecu.
I'm wondering if there is a way to set up settings like running lights, seatbelt chime, window rollers etc. without going to tuning shop?
If yes, what cable & software i have to use?
The guys installed APR said i have a raise in performance from 211 to like around 260 is that right?
They showed me how to swich between the factory & sports mode but after I did this once it is not working no more.(The swiching is seted up thru the cruise control arm).
Thank you

it's called vag com. visit ross-tech.com and search on audizine.com for more info on the latest working cheap cable.

as for the APR chip, your stock HP is 211, after a chip, you have 234. there's not a standard number of higher performance, it's about balance.

put up a step by step of how you're trying to switch and i'll tell you what you're doing wrong

I'm doing it as it says in APR book.
First I swich the ignition on then push Cruise Control arm down.
Then enter my code (1212)
& after that push CC arm again... but nothing happend twho lights on dashboard(that suppuse to start blinking) never doing this.
I'm confused & i dont undestand how i did this the first time

you don't need to unlock it everytime. just turn the ignition on, and hold the button on the CC stalk

if you go to APR's website, their instructions are better explained there...the instructions in that little booklet - I had trouble with it too

go to their website - they made it for dummies, find yer stalk & go

now that I know your code, I'm gona have to steal yer car
