My ECU has been water damaged. I have replaced the ECU, cloned but still can't connect OBD to it. I'm now having to replace the corroded pins in the ECU connector.
Is it possible with this kind? Was told at Audi that it's impossible to remove this housing and inspect pins. The local car electrician suggests I find an identical connector and he will solder the cables together. Would you say it is the best course of action?
