My trunk is jammed and won't open, both my door lock and the key don't work it keeps on making the funny sound I don't understand, just checked the glove box and I don't see a valet button in there, how do I get it open, anyone of y'all family who has had the similar problem, please help, my car is an Audi A4 B8 2013 TDI 2.0 please help

 

Fold down your rear seat, look and see if you have a handle to pull to open up the trunk.

 

So obvious. The battery on my A6 died at the airport a few years ago and I could not unlock the door (can't remember, but the lock might have been frozen since it was colder than heck). I used the key to unlock the trunk and broke in to the cab by bumping down the seats. The opposite of what you have to do.
