Just bought an A4 2.0 TDI the 140 bhp version auto , estate sline lovely car really like it.
I'm planning to use for work and will be putting motorway miles on the car, this is why I buy with this mileage as I put a lot on and depreciation becomes a big factor.
I've just sold my Bmw 320d estate with 280k on it which never let me down with anything major was just getting old
Basically I just want to know I'd there anything I need to get done , any common problems recalls , upgrades , don't want her going bang on the motorway, I think I heard something about the oil pump needing an upgrade as they can fail and possibly timing chain, and info much appreciated Thankyou!!

 

I cannot help you, mate, but I just returned from 10 days in Ireland and just about every Audi I saw (A3, A4, A6) was a 2.0 TDI. I can understand it with only regular gas available - no premium that I ever saw.
