I have a leak coming from my oil pan. I don't have a jack so I can't see exactly where the leak is coming from, I can only just feel around the oil pan and the oil is not coming from seam at the top so that means it must either be coming from the drain plug or the oil level sensor.
I'm wondering how common is it for a leak to be coming from the oil level sensor?
How much does a bottom oil pan replacement cost? I got quoted about $1300 that seems high, is that ridiculous?
