Rear speaker problem

Rear speaker problem
Car: 2009 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0T
Issue: Front speakers work perfectly, rear speakers sound REALLY quiet and hissy, as in if you fade the music all the way to the back, it sounds like whispering even with the volume on full.
Any help would be appreciated!
