so it seems my car wont turn over..i turn the key once all the lights on the dash turn on then i turn it once more they all shut off and the car wont even try to turn over anymore(before it would try try try till it went running)..it doesnt seem to be the battery since the fans still spin and the radio never cuts out..and from what i hear theres no click in the starter which doesnt seem to be anything obstructingthe flywheel..
so what im asking is:
1)does this sound like a bad starter or bad wiring..
2)and whats the best way of getting to the starter..going underneath and reaching ups a hassel

 

I had this problem with another vehicle myself. It turned out I wasn't getting a good ground. Ensure that battery cables are connected properly and clean off the erosion from the terminals. Hope this helps!
