Default 2005 a6 3.2 Quattro. Won't start fuel issue

I left my car outside for a couple wks waiting for my abs module to come back and the cold killed the battery. Upon jumping it it would crank but would not start. Now batteries fully charged but won't start unless I continuously spray starter fluid into the intake. Changed the fuel filter and still nothing. Seen that the pump is supposed to put out around 60 psi and it took about 20 seconds to fill a solo cup. I've read on here it could either be the LPFP in the tank or HPFP in the engine. Any ideas of what the problem could be???

Yes I did. The timing chain tensioner on the passenger head failed allowing it to skip and causing the valves to smash into the cylinder. Bent 10 out if 12 valves. Luckily the car didnt run so did no damage to the block or pistons but I have the complete engine tore down and replacing the valves, a destroyed camshaft and putting new tensioners in it.
