CANNOT Get Vag Com to Work!

I am currently in the same position as you were over a year ago did you ever find out why. I think Maby the ebay cable is only compatible with windows XP and earlier bag software but all my systems are win 7 so I can't be definate that I'm correct any and all info would be greatly appreciated
