i went shopping here because they're the closest dealer to my home. to my dismay, they had a $5000 "adjusted market value" on the RS4, along with $500 tinted glass and $400 paint protection. i'm surprised they didn't have pin striping and a gold badge package on it?! they were very "what can i do to put you in this car today" and said they "might" be able to work a bit on the markup, "but not much". i spun on my heel and left.

mckenna audi in norwalk: low pressure, high service, no BS, no markup. they had me written up and out of there with a phantom black RS4 in less than an hour. that is what a car buying experience should be.

Do you know what kind of paint protection do they use on your car?

Does it cover the front hood, bumper, headlights, and doors?

I know that the protection covers all of the painted surfaces on the outside of the car and they detail the paint once a year and correct any problems. Not too sure about the headlights? It was an option that I had them throw in when they were desparate to make the last sale of the month. I wouldn't have purchased it outright at what they were asking, but we'll see how nice it is in a few months when my baby turns 1.
