Here are a few pic's about my hood clear coat restoration project.

Items i used for this project.

1500 grit sandpaper
3M trizact 3000 grit
3M rubbing compound
Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0
And a whole lotta scrubbing.

that is interesting. I wonder how that finish will hold up. I am assuming you removed all the clear coat. Did you have any paint transfer to your applicator when you waxed it?
