Default I want to clean my whole car. Help please.

I want to clean my car up and was looking for recommended products for the following things i'm about to do to my car. i own a '02 3.0 a4 quattro. Silver exterior, black interior. I've read about 303, conditioners, clay stuff, but overall i'm just confused. I would like some help.

I want to wash my car, any problems if i scrub it with a microfiber towel?

There's this thumbnail sized portion missing on an area of the car paint, it looks like a piece of a layer of coating is missing above the paint (clear coat maybe?). The area is still the color of the car except it looks like a piece of it fell off that was suppose to be on top of the paint. If it is clear coat that got chipped off... should i do something about it? and with what?

I want to clean my seats. I'm about to just wipe it with a moist towel. Maybe condition it but are my seats real leather? i don't know how to tell and afraid using the wrong product will just hurt my seats.

Is using rubbing alcohol on my windows and windshields ok?

Last thing i'm planning to do is wipe my dashboard, what products do you guys use to keep it protected.
