Default Z3 roadster

I recently completed a 1 step correction on this BMW Z3 roadster. The car was repainted a little over a year ago. The paint had only had very minor swirling and was hardly noticeable even up close. The repaint was very top quality. All seals, rubber, emblems, etc. had been replaced after the repaint.

The car was thoroughly washed including scrubbing the top with 303 convertible top cleaner. Tire and wheels cleaned with Chemical Guys wheel and tire cleaner as well as Sonax wheel cleaner. The paint contaminates then removed via a speedy prep towel.

Correction was completed with a combination of Lake Country white and tangerine 5.5 pads with Meguiar’s #205 and a G110 v2.

LSP was Wolf’s Shine and Seal applied with a blue 5.5 pad. Top was protected with RaggTop Fabric Protectant. Tires dressed with Optimum Tire Bond.

Finish Product

Thank you

I guess, a coat of polish would do the rest to make it look more classy. It will retain the shinier aspects of your Z3.

A job well done indeed! But just a small comment - I see some rust on the brake discs which are visible and ruining the overall look.. You could have done something about that.

thank you. Point taken but the rust will come right off when you drive it down the road.
