I bought my A3 certified in November of last year, and have noticed lately that it's tough to get it to start in the morning after being kept in the garage overnight (if it starts on the first try it seems pretty labored). The car has less than 10K miles, and because of its age, I find it hard to believe that there are problems with the starter or that the spark plugs need to be replaced.

Anyone notice this with their A3? Any success stories to fix this? Thanks.
