Hi all,

my 2.5tdi 2004 a4 cab has been diagnosed by Audi as having a faulty gearbox control unit. selector display on the dash flashes on occasions and on occasions wont select gear. Audi have told me the control unit needs to be replaced with will cost £1600 however i've been in contact with a garage who have said they can repair the one i have? Just wondering if anyone might have any idea if it can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced?

My air turns on when it feels like it, blows cold air on some vents then it stops completeley..any suggestions? Audi 2006. A6
