adding a sub to factory bose system did anyone have a ( Fiber Optic problem with the mmi )??

has any one installed a sub to the bose stock system with mmi and had a ( fiber optic problem? )

IOne question why MMI? just hard wire it right in... the bose system comes with an amp turn on wire..... unless your doing something crazy i dont even knwo about ("old school reference")
