Bluetooth Receiver for iPod Dock in the glove compartment?

I recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 with what looks like the Concert II+ radio (No navigation screen) and an iPod connector on the glove box.
I am thinking on purchasing a dongle like the Coolstream Duo below, to stream music to the radio:

I am wondering if it would physically fit (my iPod touch does not fit in the connector) and if it would take the analog audio signal that the dongle provides?
