Red face Emergency light lit on (No blink), door lock doesn't work after draining problem

Audi A6 2002 model (Quattro sedan)
This problem occurred after flooding by drain issues then got to the point where the red triangular emergency flasher light just stayed lit along with all of the exterior lights that are associated with flashing hazard lights. Needless to say, the turn signals won't work when all this is going on.
Also, remote controller for the door lock doesn't work after flooding.

Here is the drain issues:
Two weeks ago, rainwater ran into the footwells in the back seat of driver side after the drainhole under the battery got plugged up. I got right on it, and wet vacced and toweled up everything. On the other hand, maybe this emergency flasher problem is directly related to the flood?

Thanksto anyone who can offer suggestions to fix this!

pull the carpet on the front passenger side, theres a module for comfort control/electronics. chances are it was water damaged.
