Default Having Trouble Wiring for After Market Stereo

I've got a 2002 Audi A4 (no Bose) that I'm trying to wire a after market stereo for (Pioneer DEH 15UB, standard wiring). I'm using this wiring diagram. It doesn't show anything about wiring for the rear left and right speakers. Is the diagram wrong? Anyone know of one that is correct or the proper way to wire it?

I've been on google extensively the last couple days to no avail. I've wired all applicable cables from the car to the HU properly, however it doesn't even turn on. I've left the Alarm Ground and Data Link Connector cables unattached as the Pioneer HU does not have a connection for these. Not sure if this is the issues or how to fix it if it is.

Update:

I've got the HU powering on and the front speakers work. However I can't get the rear speakers to turn on. From what I've read around other places is that you need to split a pair of RCA cables and connect them to the lineouts from the car. I followed the wiring diagram to the 'T' but still nothing. I've also tried rearranging the wiring, piggybacking grounds but I can't get the damn things to work. I know the rear amp is getting power because I can hear the sub turn on. The sub does not make any sound either.

This is frustrating.
