I know I know, use the search button. I tried and didn't find much of anything in relavance to the issues I'm having. So quick introduction, I bought my 2006 Audi A6 back in November with 173,000 miles on it. It now has about 180k. Just recently Ive been having some weird problems with the car.


When I'm casually driving the car or stopped at a red light the headlights flicker on and off, the rpms drop a little and go back to normal, the interior ambient lights flicker when this happens too. Also my door locks lock and unlock while driving. The little red light that indicates the doors are locked blinks (constantly) or just doesn't light up at all. As the car is sitting over night the batter is dead by morning. Had the Alternator and battery checked. Both are fine. I did just have a bearing on the Alternator replaced and a tensioner replaced because it was making noise. I had one of my buddy's check for a draw before I got these parts replaced. He read over 4amps. Any ideas as to what this could be?? I'm going to have the mechanic check further like pull fuses and what not. But first I would like to try and get a better idea what the possibilities could be. Any help would be much appreciated!
