Default need help fixing foglights....

car is a 2000 A4 b5. 2.8 man. quattro
drivers side is not working. pass. side is.
tried new bulbs. still doesnt work.
Im guessing bad relay. no power going to driver side. fuse is good.
drivers side foglight was missing when i got car. just installed new foglight. im guessing previous owner blew relay.
Where is foglight relay. I have a Haynes manual but it doesnt show location of relay panel. I believe it is behind glove box or under steering column.. if so which relay is the correct one to replace. any help would be great...
Thanks

by the relay u mean where all the wires meet up correct. I dunno if ours are the same as i have a b6 1.8t but my relays are located on the side panel where the cluth would be. U have to take out the panel that runs along the door and the panel that goes up wehre ur clutch would be.
