So I finished fixing every possible issue on my B5 and then a couple days later someone backs into me and boom! Smashes my front license plate and plate holder/bracket. No biggie, it could have been worse, except I can't find the part for less than $165.

If anyone has a front license plate bracket for sale, let me know.

 

Look on eBay for an offset mount - Dmaxn got his and it mounts off to the side, centered near the headlight sprayer cap. Looks really good and it was only $20-25ish.

Also, looks like the Mazda CX-7 frame is similar. I might pick one of those up for $7.99 off eBay and dremel it to fit.

 

Did you try contacting Shokan.com to see if they had a used one for sale?

 

i bought one from shokan for $45....you have to keep asking if its available since its quite a hard piece to find intact.
