How would I go about fixing this?
There may be shops in your area that specialize (or, specialise, depending on country of origin) in these types of repairs. A quick google or bing search should answer your question. Usually, repairing curb-rash involves welding additional material on, then grinding/polishing it down. Painted wheels need to be stripped, first, which adds cost. If the damage is slight enough; i.e. cosmetic, a polish and paint may solve your problem, but a qualified shop will need to make that determination.
