So its getting to be summer, and I need A/C on my S4 its a 2000, the lines going to the condensor were not hooked up, just plugged off, and the OAT Out side Air Temp is just hanging there and the wires are cut and not hooked up, anyone know were they hook to? I could not see any other wires. What else should I check, I know recharge but I need to hook up the above. Thanks for the help. Here is the picture:
