Default Symphony II XM radio reboot

After a solid year of XM radio service with no problems, the A6 battery went dead. After a test and recharge the battery was re-installed and is fine. Only problem since the reconnect is that now I cannot get XM Radio channels. The receiver seems to work properly. I get Channel 1 preview, channel 247 traffic and of course 0 which is radio ID. Numerous calls to XM, numerous refresh signals sent by website and phone; hours sitting out in the clear blue sky and NOTHING. XM says they can't figure it out, but all they really do is send a refresh signal. Anyone know of this problem directly following a battery disconnect? I never did have to enter any security code for the head to opereate. AM/FM, CD all work fine....just no XM paid channels. H E L P !!!!!!

Regards,
Jim

Oh by the way...anyone know what "SVC" is for. If you hold the menu button down in SAT mode SVC comes up and you can dial None, 1 through 5?????

Default Let me know

Please if you find anyth8ing out regarding this issue please let me know, I'll do the same. I have thought about cancelling the service and then trying to re-activate as if a new radio.

Default Audi XM

Finally got to upper level service. They discontinued my service totally and then re-instated to see if that would work. Would not. They gave up offered me an after market radio for $19.99, I said no thanks and I terminated my service. If someone has a fix would still like to know
