same problem in my '00 2.8 A4. i juss turn it off and forget its there. would be nice to fix it tho since i juss bought it 2 weeks ago :P

Same issue with mine. It seems everything inside the audi is pretty crappy.

Must be a B5 Issue - never heard anyone with a B6+ having issues. Who really cares about a line going though, as long as you have gauges and it purs when you mash the throttle.

I just purchased a 2001 A6 and it has a lot of missing lines in the LCD display between the gauges.
