My passenger side rear window works just fine in the down direction, but the one-touch feature only draws the window about 75% of the way up (I can get it the rest of the way without one-touch). I called my dealer who told me I had to "re-initialize" the window; essentially some variation of the old "window down, hold the button down, window up, hold the button up" trick... yet no results. Anyone have this same issue and, if so, how'd you fix it? Many thanks.
