Default 2001 TT Won't Start

So I just bought a TT this week. When I test drove it, it started up perfectly and ran great. I even test drove it a second time and it started up amazing as well. The third time, after I had bought it and wanted to drive it home, it wouldn't start or even crank.

I replaced the fuel pump regulator yesterday, and after replacing it the car started twice again. However after that, it is back to not starting again. Any suggestions?

It doesn't crank at all, and I replaced the Fuel Pump Relay, not regulator. Any other ideas? The battery is good and I have a full tank of gas.
