hey guys im a new audi owner i have a 1999 a4 1.8t , anyhow im having an issue with the car. it idles fine but when it reaches 2000 rpm i loose all power and acts like its going to die then pops back to idle. i thought the pre cat collapsed pulled it out its wide open however the muffler was clogged when i replaced car ran fine for 40 miles or so took it to the car wash ect and on my way home it acted up again. ive eliminated any exaust or spark issues . my next guess is clogged fuel filter. please help. ive wanted an audi for some time now i call mine my "turbo sedan" anyhow im ready to drive it off a cliff or for that matter tow it off a cliff. the car runs fine till it hit 2000 rpm
