A3 2.0 TDI engine hesitates
Hi,
I have a 2005 A3, 2.0 TDI that is not behaving properly.
When I trie to keep a steady speed or slightly accelerate,between 2000 an 3000 RPM, the car hesitates from time to time.
It feels like the engine "blocks" for a fraction of a second.
I already mentioned this problem to my car dealer but they are not aware of a known issue and obviously when they make a test drive, the car doesn't give a problem.
I also have the impression that the car is not realy economic, 50liter for ca 600KM.
Does anyone have experience with this and a possible solution as it is realy annoying?
