Does anyone out there Know why my 2004 A6 (3.0) brake lights don't turn off after I have parked the car and turned off the ignition? Yesterday while doing some errands, I noticed the car was unusually sluggish and didn't have the acceleration it normally has. At one point, it felt as though the car was going to shut off in the middle of the highway. Once I got home and parked, my neighbor saw the brake lights were still on, and this lasted all night. I had to go outside every 30 minutes and tap my foot on the brake pedal. Help! The closest Audi dealership from El Paso, Texas is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Help!!!
